Our Managing Director Gavin Barry has been in the new build residential market for 25 years as a Developer and a house builder. Within the last few years he had the opportunity to offer his services as a consultant to a Main Contractor which carried out works across the healthcare, education and commercial sectors. Now gaining the knowledge of these sectors and meeting new clients along the way, a path has opened whereby Charisma Developments Limited is now winning Main Contracts and has opened a construction division.

We have always built out in house with our new build projects and have vast knowledge of the construction processes, cost management, procurement and programming. So with this we feel the team can provide a friendly, cost effective, high quality workmanship, using both design and build and traditional forms of contract.

In the current demanding market place we offer a complete construction service across the education, healthcare and commercial sectors of projects of differing sizes and complexity with values from £100k-£3.5m.

We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver our schemes on time and to client’s budgetary requirements by utilising our vast expertise and knowledge. Our areas of operation are across the Counties of Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
