Elmscroft Farm

We are Principle contractor on this Design & Build Project.
The site consists of 4 new build residential dwellings. The site is a rural site in the heart of Kent, which once formed part of a farm estate. With the demolition of the old barns, it’s making way for a small, gated community of four 2 bedroom properties. Two being bungalow’s and two being terrace houses.
Design team on this project will be Blueprint Project (architect), Considine (engineers) and Quinn Ross (M&E Consultants). The new build warranty and building control will be carried out by ICW.
We are also working alongside Kent Construction Consultants who have been appointed to deliver full quantity surveying, contract administration and project management.
