Customs House

An unusual one for us this one. On this occasion we have be successful in our tender to carryout the fitout package for the 200 year old Custom House.
Customs House is a Grade II listed structure and is being converted into 13 flats while the coach house, outbuildings, and the old boathouse will become high quality townhouses. In addition to this there will be 3 new three-storey building is to create 27 homes located on the Thames.
We will be working along side Kent Construction Consultants, who are appointment as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers on the former Custom House site located in Gravesend.
