Within the last five years opportunities opened where other Developers/Consultants were asking if we could build out their projects due to the changing in the marketplace. This was a successful venture and off the back of a few builds for others the direction of Charisma changed.

Charisma has now through demand changed its future to concentrate on the high level of enquiries in the Construction sector. This has enabled Charisma to expand as a business and become a competitive Main Contractor within Kent. We now have 4 site teams carryout contracts from 1 million to 10 million.

We have taken our knowledge of a developer into the Main Contracting market which has been well received due to our quality, cost conscience, ability to delivery on time and in budget. But the big one is also having our background we are more grounded and knowledgeable from the client’s perspective.

We try to add the little extra things which a general contractor can’t always draw on.
